• Saturdays: Flat fee for full-day use

• Fridays & Weekdays: Per-person pricing with a 50-guest minimum

• Optional add-ons available for extra time (like rehearsal or cleanup days)

A retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your event.

We encourage you to visit and experience the space in person. Walking the property is the best way to envision your day and see everything that’s included.
