Booking & Availability

  • When is Creekside Grove available to book?

    We are available for bookings April through November.

  • How do I check if my date is available?

    You can visit our Booking page to request availability or contact us directly. We’ll confirm your date and help you take the next steps.

  • How do I reserve my date?

    A signed agreement and a retainer are required to secure your date. Once those are completed, your event is officially booked.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    Popular dates—especially Saturdays during peak season—can book quickly. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Tours

  • Do you offer tours of the venue?

    Yes! Tours are available 7 days a week.

  • How do I schedule a tour?

    Call or use our Booking page to request a time.

  • How much notice do you need?

    We can typically accommodate tours with as little as 30 minutes’ notice.

Pricing & Payments

  • What does the pricing include?

    Your rental includes full access to the property, the pavilion, tables and chairs (up to 200 guests), ceremony spaces, the bride’s she shed, restrooms, and the caterer prep area.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    No—our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent. The essentials are included.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    After the initial retainer to reserve your date, the remaining balance is due closer to your event. We’re happy to discuss timing and options.

Catering & Vendors

  • Can we choose our own caterer?

    Yes! You are welcome to choose any caterer you’d like.

  • Is self-catering allowed?

    Yes, self-catering is permitted.

  • Do you provide a preferred vendor list?

    Yes, we can share recommendations for trusted local vendors.

  • Can we bring our own vendors?

    Absolutely. We want you to build a team that fits your vision.

The Venue

  • How many guests can you accommodate?

    We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

  • Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

    Both. The pavilion is open-air in the warmer months and can be enclosed and heated during cooler weather.

  • What happens if it rains?

    The pavilion provides covered protection, so your event can continue comfortably regardless of weather.

  • Are there getting-ready spaces?

    Yes, we offer a private bride’s she shed for getting ready before the ceremony.

Event Details

  • Can we decorate the space?

    Yes! You’re free to decorate the venue to match your style and vision.

  • When can we access the venue?

    Access depends on your booking package. Additional time (like Friday setup or Sunday cleanup) may be added.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, there is ample on-site parking for guests.

  • Where is Creekside Grove located?

    We’re located at 3881 State Route 374 Nicholson, PA in the Endless Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania.

  • Is the venue easy to get to?

    Yes! We’re just 20 minutes from Scranton and easily accessible from I-81, making travel simple for guests coming from NEPA and nearby areas like Binghamton, NY.
